The Baroque saddles are all equipped with a V-suspension with long girth straps. There are two suspensions in the front area. It is possible to attach the front girth strap directly to the gullet plate, in case the saddle tends to slip too far to the front (e.g. if the horse is built higher in the back than in the front). The second possibility to position the front girth strap is located between the gullet plate and the stirrup hanger. If the saddle does not have the tendency to slip to the front, attaching the girth strap here can relieve pressure on the trapezius muscle.
